• A sofa that converts to a bed to sleep 2
• A bunk room that sleeps two (on one model)
• A television with Cable TV
• Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge & microwave
• Full Bathroom
• Linens and towels provided
• AC & Heater
• Charcoal BBQ Grill
• Plates, bowls, cups, silverware & glasses for 4
• 7 Piece cookware set and knives
• Coffeemaker
• Toaster & Various cooking utensils
• Pets allowed in some units

Rates:

Cottage rates (per double occupancy) $230 - $315

Cottage Rental  Extra Persons Charge (over age 6) $10.00 per night
Cottage Rental  Pet Fee $15.00  per night.   Non-refundable.
Cottage Rental Pet Deposit  $125   Refundable.
No Smoking

Cottage Rentals require 5-day cancellation notice.  Cancellation fee applies.
Holiday and special events are pre-billed and have a 60-day cancellation deposit return policy
