All Benbow Inn rooms have features to make your stay at our Redwood Coast lodging comfortable and romantic. Each accommodation has a private bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, decanter of sherry, clock radio, coffee, ironing board and iron. Terrace rooms have patios, patio table & chairs, mini-refrigerators (limited to King rooms) with complimentary juices, robes, TV's and VCR's. Historical Building rooms reflect the original historic charm of the hotel and many rooms feature original doors hand-painted by Eva Benbow. At the request of many of our repeat guests the Historical Building rooms do not have TV's but do offer a variety of reading materials. Our rates and availability are subject to change by day, season, special events and holidays. Some time periods do require minimum stays such as Christmas and New Year's. CANCELLATION / PRE-BILL POLICY
Individual Reservations: We pre-bill the first night's room and tax for individual reservations at the time of booking. If you cancel prior to 5 days of your arrival date a $25.00 cancellation fee applies, within 5 days of your arrival the first night's room charge becomes non-refundable.
Special Events/ Holiday Packages: We pre-bill the first night's room and tax for special event reservations and $100.00 for packages at the time of booking. At 60 days prior to arrival we pre-bill the entire room & tax for special events and entire package amount for holiday packages. If you cancel prior to the 60-day pre billing for special events or a holiday package, a $100.00 cancellation fee applies, within 60 days of arrival, the entire room & tax for special events and entire package amount for the holiday package becomes non-refundable unless we are able to resell your space.
